The Grand Generation: Inter-generational Ties & Active Ageing is a project that aims to address the cohesion and conflict between generations as well as the issues of active ageing.
The results from the National Survey of Senior Citizens survey (NSSC) covering 5,500 respondents aged 55 years and above found that nearly half were grandparents. This symposium feature leading experts and educators who will share their research and findings in ageing issues, intergenerational concerns, policies and practices with special emphasis on grandparents and grand parenting.
